About Us
Hello! I am Shannon Amos. My husband, Warren, and I are owners of Lullaby Rentals. We would love to be the first to welcome you to the Emerald Coast!
I am originally from Tennessee and moved to the Florida Panhandle in 2005. I practiced as a medical speech pathologist for 17 years, which is what brought me to the area nearly 20 years ago. Warren is originally from Pensacola and is in the cancer medicine field.
Back in 2017, we formed a flipping company to buy, renovate, and sell homes in our area. While we still “flip” houses, we decided that something was missing — the people! We enjoy meeting new people and making them happy. So, we decided to create a rental company where we could help others get a taste of the beauty we experience every day — the emerald water, sugar-sand beaches, awesome fishing, and amazing cuisine!
We feel so grateful that we get to host others from all over the United States. It has become our passion to create an unforgettable stay for our guests — so much so that you never want to leave. We put extra attention into each of our rentals and build them to feel comfortable — just like home. We cannot wait for you to stay with us!

“Staying here was absolutely fabulous. My 2 sisters and our kids traveled alone and felt extremely safe. Shannon was an absolute gem, emailing me and asking if I needed anything else, If everything was okay, etc. Traveling to a new place with unfamiliar surroundings is scary sometimes, but this house/host/neighborhood made us feel right at home. “We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The location was perfect and a short walk to Crystal Beach with plenty of shopping just a short drive away.
The condo was extremely quiet and well insulated as to not hear your neighbors or be disturbed by other noises. The interior was very comfortable and tastefully decorated in a calm setting. We had everything we needed to be able to cook dinners and enjoy our time there.
We enjoyed our girls trip and felt really safe at the condo and in the area. We will book again next year! Thank you for letting us stay!”

“Second time in the Destin area for my family of 5. But THIS is a nice home in a good area. Away from the party but close to grocery store, dollar store, gas station, and restaurants. Everything was less than a mile away. The house was CLEAN and well stocked. We had enough towels and dishes to cook with. Definitely worth it! We enjoyed our stay here!”

The hosts left everything one would need on a trip such as toiletries and even coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make several meals.
