About Us

Hello! I am Shannon Amos. My husband, Warren, and I are owners of Lullaby Rentals. We would love to be the first to welcome you to the Emerald Coast!

I am originally from Tennessee and moved to the Florida Panhandle in 2005. I practiced as a medical speech pathologist for 17 years, which is what brought me to the area nearly 20 years ago. Warren is originally from Pensacola and is in the cancer medicine field.

Back in 2017, we formed a flipping company to buy, renovate, and sell homes in our area. While we still “flip” houses, we decided that something was missing — the people! We enjoy meeting new people and making them happy. So, we decided to create a rental company where we could help others get a taste of the beauty we experience every day — the emerald water, sugar-sand beaches, awesome fishing, and amazing cuisine!

We feel so grateful that we get to host others from all over the United States. It has become our passion to create an unforgettable stay for our guests — so much so that you never want to leave. We put extra attention into each of our rentals and build them to feel comfortable — just like home. We cannot wait for you to stay with us!

“Everything was beautiful! It was nice and quiet, the kids enjoyed it! I love the fact that there were games there for the kids so we had family night when it rained. It was very convenient and located minutes away from a lot of the places that we needed to go. Getting there was so easy and I love that parking was covered and right in front of the door!!
